Simple Will This benefit can be accessed by calling the Legal Hotline at 1-800-562-2929 to request a Will Kit. Once we receive your completed questionnaire included in the Will Kit, it will be forwarded to a local Plan Attorney, who will then prepare your Will. You will have the choice to either have your completed Will mailed to you with instructions on how to execute the will or go into the Plan Attorney's office to execute the Will.
